When a training is created in Knowly, a responsible trainer is assigned. Often, this will be the trainer who’s hosting the participants in the classroom, but not always. If, for example, the trainer in the classroom does not have a Knowly account, the responsible trainer might instead be an administrator in the hosting organization. If you’re unsure about who the person listed as Responsible trainer is and would like to find out, you can always contact the hosting organization and ask.
