You can change a few settings in your organisation. You do need hold an administrator role to change settings. To change the organisations' settings you click on the tab Organize → Settings.

• Standard invitation medium - Choose how your participants should receive their microtrainings. This can later be changed for each participant group.
• Logotype - You can easily upload your own logotype (preferably as PNG format). Your new logotype will be displayed up in the left corner.
• Identifier - Used when logged in to your organisation
• Organisation Language - Choose what language your content will be in the microtrainings/informational text (affects the pre-made templats from Knowly).
• Organisation name - The name of your organisation (recommended company name). This will be displayed on new invitations to users in Knowly and as sender.

Settings in your profile

You can change contact information and password to your personal profile by clicking on your name up in the right corner.
