Curious to know what your micro training will look like to your participants? Check out the "Send test" feature, which lets you experience what your material will look like to the participant.

To use send test, go into the micro training that you want to preview. Once in, press "Send test" in the upper right corner.

Besides selecting recipients, there are now three choices for you to make:

1. What medium to send the test through

2. What language the recipient's interface should be set to

3. What sender name you want to send from.

   For this last one, there's a caveat: If you elect to send via SMS, there are some technical limitations to the sender name, namely that that the text can only be 11 characters long and can only contain...

   • Uppercase and lowercase letters from the English alphabet (A-Z and a-z)
   • The numbers 0-9
   • Examples of characters that therefore (unfortunately) can't be a part of the sender name: Space, hyphen and characters outside of the English alphabet (e.g. å, ä and ö in Swedish).

It's then time to select recipients. To the left you'll see a list of administrators and trainers in your organization, which you can use for quick selection. To send to someone who's not an admin in your Knowly organization, either search among all users in the org using the search box to the right, or, if they're not in there either, add an entirely new user.

Once you've selected recipients, press send. You'll now see a confirm screen.

Note that for a participant to be able to receive a test via email, they must have an email address added, and vice versa for SMS + phone number.

It's good to know that the preview experience only covers the specific micro training, but not the participant home, which the participant would be able to browse once the micro training is completed (or before, should they choose to pause it).
