To easily follow your participants' engagement with the training content we have developed the tab Participants. Here you can view who has received the microtrainings, if it has been sent but also send reminders to those who have not opened the material.

Here is an explanation of the different symbols under the tab Participants

When there are green circles it means that the microtraining has been delivered but not yet opened by the participant.

When the circle is filled with green it means that the participant has engaged with the microtraining.

You can sen reminders to those participants who has not yet opened their microtrainings. Click on their names and then on send reminder. If you like to send reminders to multiple participants, just click on their names and tick the box on each name.

How does a reminder look like for the participant?

When you send a reminder from Knowly it is a prewritten text that is sent out. The reminder will be sent out through the delivery alternative (email/SMS) you have chosen for the microtrainings. Below you can view an email reminder example.
