By using folders you can now easily structure all your trainingprogrammes in the organization. This is a functionality only for the administrator roles with the purpose to make it easier to navigate through the trainingprogrammes created.

To create a new folder, click "create folder" to the left of the training program view. The next step is to name the folder, and then you click save.

Hover the cursor over the training program that you want to move to your folder → click "move to" and choose the folder you wish to move the program to.

How to archive training programs

By using the function "archived programs", you get a nice overview over which training programs that are still active in your organisation. To move a training programe to the archive, click the arrow to the right on the training program you wish to move. In the list, choose "archive". You will then get a banner at the top of the screen confirming that the program has been moved to the archive.

To find your archived programs, just click "archived programs" to the left in the screen. Here you can easily restore your archived programs if you want to use them again.
