In order for the participant to get as much value out of Freddie the Coach as possible, it's important that they understand the concept before writing their action plan. Here's where the presentation of Knowly comes in.

The goal of the presentation

Regardless of whether you choose to follow our suggested presentation word-for-word (see video below), or if you'd like to use your own version, you should try to accomplish the following:

1. Explain the challenge: It's difficult to get started with new behaviours after a training.
2. Explain the solution: Freddie the Coach follows up and supporters help.
3. Instruct: You're now going to write an action plan and pick supporters.
