I need to go earlier, but still want Freddies follow-up, how do I? You can go to www.know.ly on your own before the day is over, and follow the instructions there. Just be sure to remember the unique code of the training, and to make the action plan as soon as possible — the code only applies until midnight.
For you as a trainer: Your organization can also enable the late registration function, which allows participants to register for an additional 7 days.
I'm off for vacation soon, what to do? Schedule a pause in Frede's follow-up on My pages. Set the date for the next follow-up to a date when you are back. My pages are most easily reached via the blue button at the end of the classroom flow, or through the link in the email / SMS the day after the education.
The other participants received a calendar invitation, but not me — did something go wrong? Most likely, the participant has chosen SMS as the medium for Freddie's follow-ups, which is not compatible with automatic calendar invitations.
If I accept Freddes coaching, can I cancel it at a later time?
If you have chosen follow-up via email, press the link in the mail foot in one of Freddie's mail. If you selected SMS, you go to My pages. Under Settings, you will find unregistering.
I would like to talk to the person I chose as a supporter before Freddie reaches out, is this possible? Yes. Fredde does not contact the supporters until two days after the training. Example: If the training ends on Wednesday, Freddie will reach out to the supporters on Friday morning. So you as a participant have the whole Thursday to talk to the people you have chosen as supporters before Freddie reaches out.
I would like to switch to another supporter, how do I? You can switch and edit your supporters from My Pages at any time. If you change before Freddy's invitations are sent, which happens at 09.00 on the second day after the training, no invitation is sent to the original supporter. My pages are most easily reached via the blue button at the end of the classroom flow, or through the link in the email / SMS you'll recieve the day after the training.
