There are different roles to be found in your organization at Knowly. These roles decides level of access for each user. In Knowly there are three (3) different types of roles. Under the tab Organize you can find the different types of users that exist in your organisation. There are no limits on how many users that can hold each role.

How to invite a new administrator

Only an administrator can invite additional administrators or trainers to the Knowly organisation. To do so, you click "organize" → administrators → invite new (blue button in the up right corner). Once in this view, you'll have the possibility to add the contact information for the new administrator. You can also choose if you want the new user should have an administrator or trainer role.

How does the invite look?

Once you've invited a new administrator or trainer to your organisation, an email will be sent to the new user with instructions on how they set up their account.

How to administrate participants i your organisation

All participants added to a participant group will be saved in your organisation. You will find then under "organize" → "participants". From this view, an administrator or trainer can add, delete and edit participants. Information on when a participant was added and when their last activity in a certain training program can also be found in this view.
